These terms cover use of this app - an internal site-management tool built by and for Knight Construction and Development, used by our team to track job progress, budgets, and photos, and by our clients to follow their own project. By signing in (as a team member) or opening a project link (as a client), you agree to these terms.
Team access is limited to Knight Construction and Development employees on an explicit, admin-managed approved list - no one else can sign in, regardless of whether they have a Google account. Client access is limited to the private link sent for a specific project, confirmed with the phone number on file for that project. Neither kind of access may be shared, resold, or used on behalf of anyone other than the account or project it was issued for.
This app is a communication and record-keeping tool. It displays information about your project - updates, photos, a checklist, and (where applicable) budget figures - as a convenience alongside the actual working relationship between you and Knight Construction and Development. It does not itself create, modify, or replace your construction contract, and nothing shown in the app should be read as a legal or contractual commitment distinct from your signed agreement with us. If anything in the app ever appears to conflict with your contract, the contract governs.
You agree not to:
Team members remain responsible for the accuracy of what they log - descriptions, photos, budget figures, and checklist status. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of anything they check off or submit through their project page. Knight Construction and Development may edit, correct, or remove content logged in error.
We aim to keep the app available and your project information current, but it's provided on an "as is" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. The app depends on third-party infrastructure (Google, Vercel, and others described in our Privacy Policy), and an outage on their end is outside our control. We're not liable for delays or data unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The app itself - its design, code, and functionality - belongs to Knight Construction and Development. The underlying project records (documents, spreadsheets, and photos) live in and remain the property of Knight Construction and Development's own Google Drive, same as they would if kept by any other means.
We may update the app or these terms as it evolves. If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may revoke a team member's or client's access at any time, for any reason, including at the end of a project or employment relationship. A team member can also revoke this app's own access to their Google account at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
